Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.75–2 lbs total)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1.5 tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pound chicken breasts to about ½ inch thickness using a meat tenderizer or heavy-bottom glass.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with all spices until it forms a thick paste.
- Rub the seasoning paste all over the chicken—front and back.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
