Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.752 lbs total)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to about ½ inch thickness using a meat tenderizer or heavy-bottom glass.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil with all spices until it forms a thick paste.
  4. Rub the seasoning paste all over the chicken—front and back.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
