Description

Easter Jello Pie is a vibrant, refreshing, and incredibly easy-to-make no-bake dessert with colorful layers of fruit-flavored gelatin and creamy whipped topping, all in a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for Easter celebrations!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of fruit-flavored Jello (strawberry, lemon, lime, or any pastel-colored flavors)
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: Pastel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: If using a store-bought graham cracker crust, remove it from the packaging. For a homemade crust, crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Jello mixture: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water, then add cold water and let it cool slightly. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Add food coloring if desired.
  3. Layer the Jello: Pour the first Jello mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm enough to add the next layer.
  4. Repeat with another Jello flavor: Prepare a second Jello layer, pour over the first, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes again. Repeat until all layers are set.
  5. Final decoration: Once all layers have set, spread whipped topping over the top and decorate with Easter sprinkles, jelly beans, or shredded coconut.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure each layer is chilled before adding the next to maintain distinct layers.
