Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Chill your glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Gather all ingredients and tools (shaker, muddler, strainer).
Step 2: Muddle Mint & Sweetness
- In a shaker, add 4-5 mint leaves and 1 oz simple syrup.
- Use a muddler to gently press the mint and release its oils.
Step 3: Create a Creamy Base
- Add 1 tbsp softened cream cheese to the shaker.
- Stir well to incorporate it with the mint-syrup mixture.
Step 4: Add Liquor & Citrus
- Pour in 2 oz chili-infused vodka (or aged rum).
- Add 1 oz fresh lime juice and 2 oz fruit juice for brightness.
Step 5: Shake & Strain
- Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a pre-chilled glass using a fine strainer.
