Description

A bold and creamy cocktail that fuses sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors. Made with cream cheese, chili-infused vodka, fresh lime, and mint, this drink delivers an unexpected rich yet refreshing experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (softened for a smooth texture)
  • 2 oz chili-infused vodka or aged rum (for a spicy kick)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice (to balance the richness)
  • 1 oz simple syrup (to add sweetness)
  • 45 fresh mint leaves (for a herbal touch)
  • 2 oz fruit juice (cranberry or pineapple) (for a citrus boost)
  • Ice cubes (to chill and dilute)
  • Sparkling water (optional) (for added effervescence)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Chill your glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Gather all ingredients and tools (shaker, muddler, strainer).

Step 2: Muddle Mint & Sweetness

  1. In a shaker, add 4-5 mint leaves and 1 oz simple syrup.
  2. Use a muddler to gently press the mint and release its oils.

Step 3: Create a Creamy Base

  1. Add 1 tbsp softened cream cheese to the shaker.
  2. Stir well to incorporate it with the mint-syrup mixture.

Step 4: Add Liquor & Citrus

  1. Pour in 2 oz chili-infused vodka (or aged rum).
  2. Add 1 oz fresh lime juice and 2 oz fruit juice for brightness.

Step 5: Shake & Strain

  1. Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a pre-chilled glass using a fine strainer.

Step 6: Garnish & Serve

  1. Top with a splash of sparkling water (optional).
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel, mint sprig, or edible flowers.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chili Vodka Substitute: Make a quick infusion by soaking sliced jalapeños in vodka for 2-3 hours.
  • Sweetness Balance: Adjust the simple syrup depending on your taste preference.
  • Smooth Texture Tip: Use a blender for an ultra-creamy consistency.
  • Spicy Kick: Garnish with a slice of jalapeño for extra heat.
