- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
- Stir-fry bell peppers, onions, and pineapple for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add the sauce, and cook until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
